We’re converting the 1849 doctor’s office into Mercantile 1931, a small shop that celebrates locally sourced goods and finds featuring a curated collection of provisions, kitchenware, and natural apothecary, as well as Tavern souvenirs like vintage postcards, shirts, hats, glassware & totes to name a few.

When the restaurant is up and running, The Merc will also have a small selection of to-go beer and wine.

Are you local?

We ship anywhere in the continental U.S. but, while we’re under construction, ‘Townies’ may make purchases here on the site and skip shipping and handling fees by selecting ‘pick-up’ as your shipping method and your Tavern merchandise will be waiting for you at Mercantile 1931. We will coordinate a day with you in advance for you to pick up your selections and a staff member will be onsite to greet you.
